Transworld's Apex Fund ('TAF') is open to investors seeking to participate through a fund dedicated singularly to investment in Transworld Projects.

The Fund is an international collective investment scheme to be established in the Isle of Man, British Isles under The Transworld Apex Trust, being a unit trust . The Fund is not open to public subscription and those participating do so by private invitation only, with there being a minimum subscription of US$ 100,000 per Investor.

TAF is intended to provide early stage and development funding for projects originated by Transworld or in which it participates or manages. It's aim is to provide financial support to these Projects enabling them to become fully commercialised and able to pursue investment realisation by way of IPO or sale within what is ordinarily a 3-5 year period.

Through TAF, investors have the opportunity alongside Transworld. to take up early stage investment prior to any third party funding and so maximise their ultimate realised gains.
