Currently, Transworld is responsible for the creation and implementation of a master plans for Global City in Cambodia ( being the World's first International Freight Hub and Free Enterprise Zone) as well as a planned new 'green and clean' high tech city to be located in theUAE .

Global City represents the World's first fully integrated International Freight Hub and Free Enterprise Zone, that as its development gets under way, will also include provision for a regional banking and telecommunications centre, tourism, construction and manufacturing.

While at the very earliest conceptual stage of its planning, Transworld has entered into a strategic joint venture with a prominent UAE party that will in the coming years result in the creation of 'World City' as an environmentally friendly integrated business, residential, educational and leisure development between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
