As chief architect of Linqk's proprietary Softswitch, Jim has played a lead role in development of the telecommunications platforms that supports Linqk and Transworld Telecom.

Based in the USA , Jim has worked for the past 5+ years on the development of Linqk's softswitch. Before this, he was the creator of 'Teravox', an enhanced service platform delivery IVR, Fax, ASR, ITS and VoIP services.

Jim has many years of knowledge and experience of the telco industry and extensive know-how in terms of telecommunications networks, switching, routing, and back-end support systems.

Jim, provides ongoing development of Linqk's System as well as solutions for 'next generation' IP communications to be deployed by Transworld Telecom.
